The Cook position, within the Kitchen Department, reports to the Kitchen Supervisor/Food Services Manager. The purpose of this role is to prepare excellent quality food according to deli stock recipes in a timely, efficient manner, accurately follow production lists, actively communicate with deli staff and coordinator regarding production, assist in achieving departmental goals, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
