About The Position

Lighthouse Youth & Family Services has positions available at Paint Creek, our residential treatment facility located in southeastern Bainbridge, Ohio (Ross County). Paint Creek provides 24/7 residential treatment to adolescent males. Flexibility to work weekends, additional shifts or provide coverage when necessary is required. Training will be provided. Essential Functions: Ongoing supervision for safety and providing life skills coaching with at risk youth. Provides operational support for transportation of youth as needed. Preparing large quantity meals, adhering to state, federal & local health safety guidelines. Prepare food in accordance with the daily menu planner, working with serving line equipment and sanitation schedules. Ensuring cleanliness of kitchen and dining hall. Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience in social services and/or residential care a plus
