The cook position is responsible for the quality, timing and control of all areas of production in accordance to scheduled area. Works closely with Manager/Director to ensure efficient, safe and sanitary operation of production area. Prepares salads, cooks, and bakes per menu.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a cafeteria, food preparation facility preferred
- Reading a writing skills are needed
- Knowledge of institutional food preparation and modified diet principles
- knowledge regarding the requirements for safe, sanitary food handling
Responsibilities
