About The Position

We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who understand the importance of food safety, quality, and consistency. Position Summary: As a Cook for Feel Good Brands, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive food that is fresh, flavorful, and served in a clean and safe environment. You will work in close coordination with fellow crew members to prepare food according to operational standards while upholding our commitment to exceptional cleanliness and safety practices.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must have a valid Southern Nevada Health District - Food Handler's card
  • Must have valid TAM Card (alcohol awareness card)
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to follow procedures and guidelines to maintain food safety and proper cash handling.
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines with precision
  • A clean and professional appearance.
  • A team player who enjoys working with others to achieve success.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior kitchen, fast food, or quick-service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Prepare all food items in accordance with company recipes, procedures, and food safety standards.
  • Ensure all food products are cooked to the proper temperature and meet quality presentation standards.
  • Monitor and restock ingredients and supplies throughout shift to maintain efficient operation.
  • Adhere strictly to SNHD (Southern Nevada Health District) food safety requirements and all local, state, and federal health codes.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and work environment, including regular cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment, utensils, surfaces, floors, and storage areas.
  • Follow all guidelines for proper food storage, handling, and disposal.
  • Wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures to avoid hazards such as burns, slips, and cuts.
  • Complete and document daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks and checklists.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with other team members, managers, and guests.
  • Support the team during peak hours with flexibility, urgency, and a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency while remaining focused and detail-oriented.
