The Cook ensures all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner. This role involves preparing menu items according to strict recipe guidelines, ensuring all prepared items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time. The Cook is responsible for ringing all prepared menu items through the POS system, restocking their workstation with food products as needed, and adhering to proper personal hygiene, sanitation, food storage, handling, and preparation standards. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines and Ecosure standards at all times is also a key aspect of the position. The role requires completing and abiding by all training requirements.
