About The Position

Cooks with food service, restaurant, or healthcare dietary experience look no further & apply to the opportunity at Lutheran Life Village's Village Inn Restaurant on South Anthony Blvd! No more early mornings or late nights with 10:30am-7:00pm hours. Part-Time position working up to 30 hours per week; every other weekend required. The person in this position will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals to serve to our members. Ideal candidate is a team player who is able to follow recipes, providing sufficient quantities, and able to clean areas and equipment in the kitchen to the standards set by state and federal guidelines. Qualifications: Experience: One year experience as a Cook in healthcare dietary setting or restaurant. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to adhere to all sanitary / food service regulations. Ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills.
