The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications. This role requires adherence to proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure food quality and safety, as well as following portion control guidelines and presentation standards. The Cook will collaborate with kitchen team members for food preparation and order execution, maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes and equipment, and assist in food inventory management as needed.
