Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred.
• Requires 1-3 Years of food preparation experience.
• ISDOH approved certification of Food Handler under Title 410 IAC 7-22 may be required at some facilities.

Nice To Haves

• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares regular and therapeutic diet, hot and cold food items for retail, patient, and catering.
• Assembles food items according to production sheets under the direction of the Chef, Lead, Manager, or Supervisor.
