We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a cook at our Lacey, WA location. | Shift: Monday through Thursday 7am to 7pm |

Requirements

• Pass criminal background check
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Food Safe certificate required

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of a food certificate from an accredited Culinary Institute preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages food production for client and staff
• Assures that food quality standards and pre-determined costs are attained on all meal preparation.
• Prepare meals according to established guidelines and under the supervision of the Executive Chef.
• Maintain the cleanliness and protocol of a commercial kitchen.
• Sets-up plating line for serving.
• Performs other special, ad hoc duties as requested by the Executive Chef.
