NDM is a family-owned hospitality business that started in F&B and is now expanding into vacation rentals. We are creating a new sector in hospitality by creating identifiable brands with consistent accommodations, services and amenities within the vacation rental space. Imagine combining the comforts of a vacation home with the experience and consistency of a world class resort. The Cook is responsible for preparing and assembling food orders according to the Executive Chef's standards. Duties include setting up and stocking stations, cooking menu items in coordination with kitchen staff, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and brand standards. This role ensures proper food storage, cleanliness, and adherence to recipes and operating procedures while delivering high-quality meals and guest satisfaction.
