Hello, we're Copeland Oaks Copeland Oaks is a non-profit senior community for adults 55 and older in every stage of living – all in one beautiful village-like setting. Located in Sebring in northeast Ohio at the crossroads of Mahoning, Columbiana and Stark counties. It’s an ideal blend of serene country living with the conveniences of nearby city life. We offer complete independent living with added options ranging from light housekeeping and meals to memory care and skilled nursing assistance to a complete onsite medical center. What's your day like? As a Cook at Copeland Oaks, you will begin each day preparing for meal services by reviewing menus, inventory, and dietary requirements specific to our residents. You will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of nutritious meals, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. Your day will consist of cooking, plating, and serving meals, as well as collaborating with other kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow. Expect to adapt to Variable Shifts, which may include mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays to ensure all meal periods are covered. You will also participate in kitchen cleanliness duties, including ensuring your work areas and equipment are clean and sanitized.
