Hours are 28 hrs/wk - 1pm-8:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays Prepares regular and therapeutic diet, hot and cold food items for retail, patient, and catering. Assembles food items according to production sheets under the direction of the Chef, Lead, Manager, or Supervisor.
