Requirements

Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (hotel or restaurant experience a plus)
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork mindset
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Culinary training preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Complete daily mise en place including chopping, prepping, and station setup
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Work as part of a professional culinary team to ensure smooth service
Assist with product storage, labeling, and stock rotation
Maintain consistency and presentation standards expected in a luxury environment
Support chefs and kitchen leadership with daily operational needs
