Requirements
- Successfully complete SERV Safe food handlers course and exam
- Attend training sessions and huddles to gain product knowledge and keep up to date on all hospitality changes
Responsibilities
- Preparing dishes consistently and accurately adhering to recipe
- Daily cleaning and sanitation of kitchen - both food and non-food surfaces
- Prep work for all items on menu and event menu items
- Set up workstations
