Prepare, bake and decorate a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries and cakes. Ensure quality and cleanliness in the kitchen. About 70% Knowledgeable in low sugar, low carb, gluten free etc. diets. Able to read, understand and convert recipes and menus as needed. Ability to lift and handle heavy items up to 50 lbs., operate kitchen equipment and follow recipes accurately. Experience with pastries or similar roles is preferred. Opportunities for recipe development, training and opportunities to create new products. Transportation to get to work and being on time to scheduled shifts is a must. This will be a morning shift 6am-230 pm. Job includes morning pastries, lunch and dinner plated desserts, special events, daily breads. Full time and open availability, holidays included.
