About The Position

Back of House team members will work a variety of positions, which include but are not limited to the following duties: Love our Menu and learn how to cook all recipes Prep experience a must! All of our team members wash dishes Plancha experience a must! Make our salsas from scratch, starting with roasting peppers. Cleanliness! We believe in food safety, and cleanliness! Cross Train! Have fun!

Requirements

Previous customer service or restaurant experience
General knowledge of POS system
Strong communication skills
Great customer service skills
Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
Ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds frequently
