We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Full-Time Cook to join our culinary team. You will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold dishes according to recipes and production sheets
Assist in batch cooking items to ensure optimal food quality and consistency
Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service
Instruct kitchen attendants regarding menu offerings and changes
Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils throughout the shift
Assist in menu planning and suggest new recipes or improvements to existing dishes
Adapt to changing needs and priorities in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read, understand and follow recipes and production sheets accurately
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipe quantities
Culinary school training, ServSafe certification or other relevant education are a plus
