As a Cook, you are responsible for providing the "Habit Difference" through food. From our award-winning Charburgers to our fresh salads, our Cooks ensure that our guests enjoy fresh, quality, cooked to order, and custom-built items from our kitchen. Cooks work together in a variety of stations to accurately and efficiently prepare and cook food items. The stations include Fryer, Broiler, Make-Up and Quarterback. Each station is responsible for a different part of the cooking process to produce quality food items. You are also responsible for adhering to all sanitation, health, personal hygiene, and safety standards as well as maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization. As a Cook, you will be cross-trained in the different stations in the kitchen, which will increase your value to our company and may allow you to work more shifts.
