We are seeking a dependable and experienced part-time Cook to become a valued member of our community in Owatonna, MN. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of cooking experience and be available to work a flexible schedule that includes both day and evening shifts, as well as every other weekend. At the heart of our community is a team of dedicated associates who enhance the lives of our residents every day through respect, compassion, and trust. Requirements
- At least one year of cooking experience
- Be available to work a flexible schedule that includes both day and evening shifts, as well as every other weekend.
Nice To Haves
- Enjoys working with the senior populations.
- Quantity food production experience.
- Good time management and people skills
Responsibilities
- Create menus that drive resident meal satisfaction.
- Serves meals based on residents’ preferences.
- Promotes food safety and sanitation.
- Actively participates in all culinary trainings and welcoming and onboarding new hires.
