About The Position

Black Butte Ranch is hiring seasonal, full-time Cooks for our summer season at Robert’s Pub. While this role begins late April / early May, we are recruiting now so candidates can plan ahead and secure summer employment early.

JOB SUMMARY

Prepare high-quality food in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen while maintaining food safety standards and a positive, professional work environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year commercial kitchen experience or culinary degree
• Valid Oregon Food Handler’s Permit
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong understanding of safe food handling practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items to quality and safety standards
• Follow proper HAACP and food safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Support fellow team members and overall kitchen operations
• Contribute to a positive culture within the Food & Beverage team
