You'll be the backbone of our food & beverage operation — preparing everything from scratch with pride, executing recipes with precision, and contributing to a dining experience our guests will remember.

Requirements

Have hands-on experience working a line in a fast-paced kitchen
Take pride in consistent, high-quality output — every plate, every time
Can work efficiently and communicate well during a busy service
Are available to work PM shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Bring a team-first attitude and a passion for the craft

Responsibilities

Preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, proteins, vegetables, sauces, and desserts
Executing recipes accurately and maintaining consistent quality on every plate
Managing mise en place and keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked
Portioning and plating dishes to spec, with attention to presentation
Monitoring cooking times, temperatures, and food safety standards at all times
Properly storing, labeling, and rotating all food items between shifts
Collaborating with the kitchen team during service to keep things moving smoothly
Supporting prep work including butchering, baking, and vegetable prep as needed
