About The Position

Orchard View Post Acute is seeking a dependable and experienced Full-Time Cook to join our dietary team. If you take pride in preparing quality meals and enjoy working in a supportive, resident-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you. As a Cook, you’ll play an essential role in providing well-balanced, nutritious meals to our residents. You’ll be responsible for meal preparation, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country. Requirements

  • Prior cooking experience required; healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus
  • Ability to follow recipes and accommodate special dietary requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and serving meals according to planned menus and dietary needs
  • Ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Collaborating with the dietary team to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation
  • Monitoring inventory and assisting with food orders as needed
