Requirements

Knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques and food safety requirements
Basic math skills
General record keeping methods
Ability to read and write in English language
Equivalent to a high school education, or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above duties.
Must possess Oregon Foodhandlers card within 30 days of appointment.
