About The Position

The Cook ensures all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner. This role involves preparing menu items according to recipe guidelines, ensuring quality and plate specifications are met, and ringing items through the POS system. The Cook is also responsible for restocking food products, adhering to proper personal hygiene, sanitation, food storage, handling, and preparation standards, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Compliance with Ecosure standards and all training requirements is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons and strictly adhering to recipe guidelines
  • Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time
  • Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system
  • Restocks work station with food products as needed
  • Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department
  • Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards
  • Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times
  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times
  • Completes and abides by all training requirements
  • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
