The Cook ensures all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner. This role involves preparing menu items according to recipe guidelines, ensuring quality and plate specifications are met, and ringing items through the POS system. The Cook is also responsible for restocking food products, adhering to proper personal hygiene, sanitation, food storage, handling, and preparation standards, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Compliance with Ecosure standards and all training requirements is essential.
