About The Position

Cooks’ primary duties involve battering chicken and seafood, frying and monitoring holding times of fried products, stocking the sandwich area, preparing and packaging sandwiches, baking and dressing biscuits, and heating inserts of prepared products for the front line. They also assist in filling and packaging orders and monitor and correct the cleanliness of the restaurant. Cooks are responsible for exhibiting a friendly, enthusiastic attitude while performing job assignments, showing a caring attitude for guests and fellow crew members, and maintaining the company’s operational quality and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

  • Batter (chicken and seafood), fries and monitors holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and any other fried products. Turns and pulls product past holding time.
  • Stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches.
  • Bake and dress biscuits.
  • Heat inserts of prepared products for the front line.
  • Assist in filling and packaging orders.
  • Monitor and correct cleanliness of the restaurant.
  • Exhibit a friendly, enthusiastic attitude while performing job assignments.
  • Show a caring attitude for guests and fellow crew members.
  • Maintain the company’s operational quality and cleanliness standards.
