As a cook, you play a vital role in creating safe, enjoyable meals that support health, dignity, and quality of life. This is a full-time position, 5 day per week including rotating weekends. Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education
- Prior experience in a large volume kitchen required
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs
Responsibilities
- Supervise dietary staff
- Prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations
- Assure that quality food service is provided at all times
