Position Overview Responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be served complying with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards and following established procedures. Prepares food in accordance with approved menus and serves food at proper temperatures and at scheduled times. Modifies diets as requested by patient and/or ordered by physician. Documents temperatures of food, refrigerator, freezers and dishwasher. Keeps food rotated and properly stored, dated and labeled.
