About The Position

The Cook is responsible for all food products produced at the golf course. The Cook will work closely with the Food and Beverage team, including Cooks and Food Servers, to create excellent and timely food. The Cook will be supervised by the Sous Chef.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Cook
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple orders at once.
  • Strong organization skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchen Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present each food item on the menu.
  • Apportion food appropriately.
  • Properly store all food and produce.
  • Maintain a clean work environment, including ensuring compliance for all county health codes for storing and maintaining food product.
  • Comply with established sanitation standards, including personal hygiene, health standards, and proper food preparation and handling techniques.
  • Clean and maintain stations, utensils, and all other kitchen surfaces.
