The company emphasizes wood-fire cooking techniques and a vibrant community atmosphere. The Cook is responsible for preparing delicious meals according to the menu, following instructions to deliver well-prepared meals efficiently and timely, ensuring an excellent guest experience. Cooks are expected to be knowledgeable in various ingredients and cooking techniques and stay updated on industry trends.
