Requirements
- At least 1 year of culinary training or kitchen experience
- Knowledge of food prep, storage, sanitation, and commercial kitchen equipment
- ServSafe or state food handler certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be 18 years or older
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Support the Kitchen Manager and Lead Cook in delivering a great guest dining experience
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards
- Complete required food safety logs accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Provide friendly, professional service to guests
- Work as part of a team to create a positive and efficient kitchen environment
