About The Position

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of culinary training or kitchen experience
  • Knowledge of food prep, storage, sanitation, and commercial kitchen equipment
  • ServSafe or state food handler certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
  • Support the Kitchen Manager and Lead Cook in delivering a great guest dining experience
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards
  • Complete required food safety logs accurately and on time
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Provide friendly, professional service to guests
  • Work as part of a team to create a positive and efficient kitchen environment
