The Cook prepares food which is nutritious and appetizing in accordance with requirements of the Food Production Manager. Responsible for preparing meals for patients on both regular and modified diets. Also, food items for the cafeteria. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all foods prepared and returned. Ensuring MD Dept of Health standards are followed, along with strict safety standards under Johns Hopkins expectations
