Requirements

Professional and outgoing manner
2+ years of culinary experience
Ability to work hands-on in any kitchen environment pertaining to a three-meal period
Handle high-volume productions related to but not limited to, frying, carving, and steaming of all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, and poultry
Must be able to work a fryer, broiler, and flat grill
Be able to prep, side work, clean, stock, and communicate well with others
Assure all health department regulations are met
Must have a valid health card
