Requirements
- Previous cooking experience required (club, restaurant, or banquet preferred)
- Basic knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques
- Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented mindset
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Culinary education is a plus, but solid experience and attitude matter most
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with prep and station setup for service and events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
- Support banquet and special event execution as needed
- Work collaboratively with chefs and other kitchen team members
- Deliver consistent quality and attention to detail, even during busy services
