About The Position

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED certificate preferred.
Three (3) years of experience in the preparation of foods from a grill in a high-volume setting required.
National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation for ServSafe Protection Certification is required or must obtain ServSafe Protection Certificate within first 6 to 12 months of employment and maintain throughout employment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to read and understand recipes including culinary math.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Provides set up and food preparation in accordance to standardized recipes.
Obtains maximum food quality and quantity control in accordance with our guidelines and standard recipes.
Complies with sanitation, safety, and customer service standards.
Maintains effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
