The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications, while strictly adhering to proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure food quality and safety. This role requires adherence to portion control guidelines and presentation standards. The Cook will collaborate with other kitchen team members to coordinate food preparation and order execution, and is expected to maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes and equipment. Additionally, the Cook will assist in food inventory management as needed and is expected to demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring.
