  • Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives
  • Knowledge of specs, cook times, plate presentation, etc.
  • CSK/KDU/ticket order management system
  • You know the business. You have one plus years of recent kitchen experience.
  • You are a team player. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump in to help your Team.
  • You show passion & commitment. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are in it to win the game. If it were possible, you'd bleed black and yellow.
  • Minimum 18 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede)
  • Food Handler Certificate (Preferred)
  • Prior experience working in restaurant or retail environment
