About The Position

The Cook is responsible for efficiently and effectively produce all menu items designated by Abby’s, following company standards, specifications, and procedures. Also to provide the best possible service to every customer who walks into the Abby’s experience.

Requirements

• Can-do attitude and good customer service
• Ability to read and understand ticket procedures and chart measurements
• Dexterity with hands and feet (quick on your toes and steady)
• Ability to work in high volume situations
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Understand our ticket procedures
• Use proper amounts of Sauce and Cheese and know the procedures behind it
• Make regular and deep dish pizza with proper amounts provided
• Making specialty salads and sandwiches
• Perform oven tending, cutting, and redressing procedures
• Chicken preparation and chicken broasting procedures
• Daily cleaning duties
