About The Position

Food Preparation: Cleaning, cutting, measuring, and mixing ingredients; prepping food for service. Cooking: Operating equipment like grills, fryers, and ovens to prepare food items according to recipes. Plating & Quality Control: Ensuring food is properly presented, garnished, and served at the correct temperature. Sanitation & Safety: Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation, complying with health regulations. Inventory & Storage: Storing food at appropriate temperatures, labeling items, and checking stock levels Full time and open availability, holidays included.
Requirements
- Proven cooking experience (line cook, prep cook, etc.).
- Knowledge of health and safety sanitation regulations (e.g., ServeSafe certification).
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Organization and the ability to keep up with high-volume, high-pressure demands is a must.
- Full time and open availability, holidays included.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred experience in senior living communities, hotels, catering background
- English and Spanish a plus.
