Full time cook able to make soups, stocks and sauces. Has past cooking experience with the ability to follow recipes and has knowledge of roasting, baking, Sauteing, broiling and braising. Has proper knife skills and knows how to handle food safely to avoid contamination and foodborne illnesses. Whip up delicious dishes that'll make our residents taste buds dance with joy! Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years cooking experience in a full service kitchen
• High School diploma or GED
• Serve Safe Certificate or equivalent food safety certification
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts. Including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in kitchen equipment operations and maintenance
• Understanding of dietary restrictions and food allergies
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Creative in food presentation and plating
