A Head Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking various food items according to recipes and monitors cooks production acting as a lead. This role involves assembling equipment according to airline specifications, packaging and preparing alcoholic beverages for airline flights, and ensuring production areas comply with sanitation standards and customer requirements. The Head Cook also documents inventory, follows directions, works as a team member, and supports Hot Food leadership in monitoring team production quality and efficiencies.
