Duties include following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications; preparing food items needed to service; setting up efficient flow of the cook line; and assisting with the sanitation of the kitchen, walk-in, and storage areas. Marquis operates 26 senior care facilities in Oregon, Nevada, California, and provides rehab and pharmacy services across the nation. Requirements
