People First: Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff members Competitive Pay: $18.50/hour Flexible Schedule: This is a full-time position, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with some two shifts per week starting 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM. Weekend coverage rotates and follows the same daytime schedule. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Knowledge of recipes, food preparation methods, and basic food safety practices (ServSafe preferred)
- Prior experience in cooking and food handling required
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English

Responsibilities
- Help lead a talented culinary team preparing meals and baked goods for residents
- Create and serve delicious, resident-friendly desserts
- Support daily kitchen operations including sanitation, inventory, and food preparation
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are consistently met
