This position is responsible for preparation of all foods served to the patients and cafeteria patrons, according to appropriate recipes and production sheets. The Cook is also responsible for cleaning the work area in accordance with the Department of Health requirements. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to team work and cooperation.
