Requirements

Previous cooking experience required (club, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred)
Strong fundamentals: knife skills, basic cooking techniques, and prep organization
Reliable, punctual, and team‑focused attitude
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a full‑time schedule
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Culinary education is a plus, but experience and work ethic matter most

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute menu items according to club recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
Perform daily prep duties to support service and events
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
Assist with banquets, weddings, tournaments, and special club events
Communicate clearly and work as part of a team‑driven kitchen
Take pride in consistency, timing, and plate presentation
