About The Position

Line cooks at Wholly Stromboli are responsible for preparing and plating dishes according to our proven, delicious recipes with speed, accuracy, and pride. They maintain a clean and organized workstation, follow food safety and sanitation standards, and work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure every guest receives a top-quality meal. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and are eager to sharpen their culinary skills and grow within the industry. Wholly Stromboli is an independently owned and operated, award-winning, East Coast Eatery located in historic downtown Fort Lupton. Wholly Stromboli only serves the highest quality food and beverage and our commitment to exceptional hospitality makes us a great fit for individuals with a passion for the service and hospitality industry! The ‘Boli bar features classic, hand-crafted cocktails, local spirits, and a great whiskeys election. We proudly serve Colorado craft beers and have hand-picked each of the Italian wines that we offer to our guests. Our award-winning menu features hand crafted pastas, pizzas, sandwiches and of course Stromboli, all made with the freshest, highest quality ingredients. Our guests come from all over the metro area to enjoy our exceptional hospitality, food, and drink at The Speakeasy at Wholly Stromboli, where we have live music in an intimate adult only atmosphere. Wholly Stromboli offers flexible scheduling and many different shifts to choose from. Because we are a family first organization, we are closed for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Labor Day, Easter, and Memorial Day.
