The CK must prepare food by strictly adhering to recipes, minimizing waste, and maximizing quality. Safety and Sanitation are two important parts of the CK position. CK must follow equipment operating procedures and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and coworkers. The CK is responsible for a variety of duties in the store which include food prep, cooking, preparing food, dishwashing, sanitizing, etc.
