Requirements

• Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent and are able to pass a background check.
• Experience in food preparation within a licensed Childcare is a big plus.
• Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.

Responsibilities

• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the children in our care.
• Serving as an assistant teacher and actively participating in classroom activities.
• Guiding young learners and planning engaging activities.
• Cultivating strong partnerships with parents through open communication.
