About The Position
The position involves performing food service activities that comply with CCR Title XXII and other regulatory health and safety standards. The role requires the ability to prepare quality food promptly and creatively, ensuring resident satisfaction and eye appeal. The cook will follow recipes of varying difficulty to ensure that menu items are ready at the correct temperature and time, and will be responsible for cooking meats and vegetables, preparing baked goods, and creating menus for daily meals.
