Get to Know Your Team: Physicians Surgical Hospitals includes two surgical centers - Panhandle Surgical Hospital and Quail Creek Surgical Hospital, and one physical therapy center - Quail Creek Physical Therapy - and a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging center, Advanced Imaging Center of Amarillo.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of food preparation/handling and principles of sanitation.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Six months of prior restaurant/institutional food services cooking experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares and assembles meals, assuring product is of great quality.
  • Follows policies, procedures, and sanitation requirements.
  • Prepare regular and special dietary restriction meals.
  • Follow standardized recipes for hot and cold food items as requested.
  • Prep food items according to production sheets under the direction of the supervisor, utilizing sanitation requirements.
