Maintain assigned work area clean at all times (sweep, mop, clear of dirt, etc.)
Ensure all food items are properly covered and stored at required temperatures (cold-cold; hot-hot)
Prepare food as needed
Follow management directions and promote teamwork
Assist and participate with Company marketing promotional events and programs as needed
Perform all other assigned job duties

Must obey all State and Federal guidelines regarding food handling procedures and safety policies
Wear clean complete uniform at all times: black pants, white collar dress shirt and solid black tie OR (optional) Vallarta shirt, black non-slip shoes, hair net/Vallarta hat, and clean apron
Wear safety gloves when using knives
Wash hands frequently (at least every 20 minutes) with hot water and anti-microbial soap from elbows down for no less than 20 seconds
